  • We are looking for a results-driven retail store manager responsible for the overall store management at our Seaport Boston pop-up. The position will begin on Feb. 1st-April 15th. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff

    2. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

    3. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

    4. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

    5. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc

    6. Propose innovative ideas to increase store experience

    7. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)

    8. Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance

    9. Additional store manager duties as needed

    10. Create weekly store schedules

    11. Manage teams' work availability

    12. Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    1. High School diploma/GED required

    2. 2+ years’ customer service industry experience

    3. Ability to work well on a team

    4. Must be able to work weekends and holidays

    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    6. Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager

    7. Powerful leading skills and business orientation

    8. Customer management skills

    9. Strong organizational skills

    10. Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Our one-of-a-kind donut hole bakery is looking for a retail associate who enjoys working with customers, loves Massachusetts and selling and promoting donuts. The retail associate position will assist customers by providing recommendations, answering questions, altering customers to product options and expanding sales revenues by up-selling product and accessories. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in retail or restaurants and has a strong dedication to providing exceptional service for customers.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Greet and assist customers as they shop within a store.

    2. Answer questions related to the merchandise and store policies and locate items.

    3. Process payments and keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked.

    4. Assist in maintaining the back-stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.

    5. Capture fun Instagram moments within the store with customers to share on companies’ social channels.

    6. Help promote our products on social media.

    7. Utilize the company’s POS system to handle customer purchases

    8. Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.

    Qualifications and Skills:
